With our digital services it is easy for you to keep a check on your finances, to send money, pay bills and oversee your savings. Please visit a branch office to get help in opening the bank services you need.

Call the bank – for customers

You can choose between self-service or personal service where you can talk with an advisor, in Swedish or English. Open 24 hours a day. Call 0771-12 20 00 from Sweden or +46 (0)771-12 20 00 from outside the country.

In order to make bank transactions via the telephone you will be required to identify yourself using a personal code. You will receive your code by visiting a branch office or via the Internet bank under the menu option Telefonbanken.

This is how Swish works

This is how Swish works

Swish is a service for sending and receiving money via a mobile device. Swish works for Android, IOS, Windows Phone 8 and tablets that support a Mobile BankID. You are required to have a Mobile BankID to make payments with Swish. This is an electronic ID for smart phones and tablets.


To get Swish

1. Order Swish in the Internet Bank, Mobile Bank or iPad Bank.
2. Download the apps Swish betalningar and BankID säkerhetsapp to your mobile device or tablet.
